This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government.  Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage relationships with all parties involved in the recruitment process
  
About the Role
   
  • Provide professional support and advice on recruitment and sourcing and on best practice end to end recruitment and selection processes to hiring managers and leaders
  • Ensure job advertisements, application and selection processes and documentation are professional, accurate, consistent.
  • Work with managers to identify recruitment and supply trends and develop strategies to address these proactively
  • Identify and quantify significant recruitment, assessment and supply issues and develop strategies to address these.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on recruitment processes, programs and outcomes as required.
  • Analyse unusual recruitment issues and where appropriate exercise sound knowledge of precedent to make a judgement call on how to proceed
  • Partner with the Hiring Manager to develop job briefs, identify best sourcing solution and develop and place advertising to ensure compliance and integrity of recruitment processes.
   
About You
   
  • Experience in a recruitment function with proven capacity to work within applicable legislation, policy and guidelines and in using a variety of computer-based recruitment systems.
  • Proven skills in the development of HR procedures and systems with specific exposure to recruitment collateral.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with evidence of the capacity to make balanced and ethical judgements.
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sound oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
