One of Australia’s most reputable and innovative Federal Government Department is looking to engage multiple talented Service Desk Analysts to undertake work that is complex in nature, along with conducting BAU tasks.

About the Role

The role will include:
  • Assisting with Incident management and request fulfilment for PM&C staff
  • Address and resolve basic incidents and requests received via phone, email and our ticketing systems
  • Queue management via the department’s service management tool
  • Win 10 and O365 System Administration
  • Application Support including Office 2016
  • Responsibility for compiling and troubleshooting issues before progressing to Tier 2/3 teams
