About the role
The role performs IT Project Management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects. Support encompasses a range of activities as directed including reporting, continuous improvement, procurement, and cost analysis, and interfacing with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve Program outcomes

  • Coordinate preparation of reports, maintaining project documentation 
  • Assist program manager in status reports, working groups and control boards setup and agenda
  • Manage and track program risks and issues, action items from various program forums
  • Manage program prioritisation process and work with business analysts
  • Facilitate Project and Program reporting in consultation with Product owners, Program and Project Managers
  • Source, collate and compile data and information to identify issues and track and report on program progress against established milestones, deliverables and business requirements
  • Gather and collate information for reports on business unit performance and make recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management and service delivery
About you
  • 4+ years in previous program coordinator roles
  • Previous government experience preferred
  • Track record in delivering quality administrative services that improve efficiency of service within a fast-paced environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and/or experience
