About the Role
In support of this operation, our client is looking to find consultants and managers with experience in ICT Sourcing and Pricing. This will assist clients to make smart decisions as they analyse, plan, and optimise technology spend to manage risk challenges as well as improve customer experience. We welcome applications from Consultant to Senior Manager level candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver and support the execution of ICT procurement processes with predictable high values outcomes under accelerated timeframes regardless of the complexity of scope, stakeholder, or supplier.
Utilise industry leading frameworks, accelerators, and analytics support.
Developing ICT sourcing and commercial strategies.
Managing strategic, end-to-end technology sourcing programs.
Developing a commercial strategy and coordinating procurement.
Preparing and reviewing commercial documents, particularly as they relate to service definitions and performance frameworks
Working with legal to ensure commercial and legal objectives are aligned
Facilitating evaluation across technical, financial and commercial streams, including preparation of evaluation reports
Running/supporting large ICT tender processes.
Negotiation planning and execution.
Supplier Performance Management/Contract Management
Contract finalization and preparation of executive papers for endorsement.
About you
At least 3 years + experience working in a consulting environment focusing on ICT strategy or technology procurement.
A deep understanding of technologies and commercial reform.
Advanced Word, Excel and Power Point skills.
Attention to detail and time management.
Superior communication skills.
Able to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance
Undergraduate degree, preferably within Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Law.
