About the Company
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a unique NSW government agency that strives to provide solutions and contribute to the wealth of the people of NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP and work on an initial 12 month contract.
About the Role
- Manage and administer regional and community grants programs, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and governance standards
- Provide specialist advice, information and guidance to support the efficient and compliant management of grants and advise senior management on potential governance, compliance and risk issues
- Plan, develop and deliver activities and projects as required to promote and administer grants
- Prepare informed and accurate briefings and correspondence to senior management in response to often sensitive regional issues.
About You
- Five year’s experience in managing and administering grants programs, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and governance standards
- Five year’s experience providing advice, information and guidance to support the efficient and compliant management of grants and advise senior management on potential governance, compliance and risk issues
- Proven experience working with various stakeholders to resolves problems
- Proven experience contributing to the development and implementation of appropriate governance and risk frameworks
