We have a rewarding and exciting opportunity for a Senior Communications & Engagement Officer to join a large NSW Government organisation. This role will be working from home and paying $700/Per Day + super on a 6 month contract with the potential to extend.
About the Role
- Develop, implement, and evaluate communication and stakeholder engagement strategies and plans to assist in the effective management of customer information and engagement needs for Freight Branch programs and initiatives.
- Take a lead role working with team members to develop and maintain an integrated freight branch communications project milestones list/calendar while managing communications activities to time, cost, and budget.
- Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to promote open communications and facilitate delivery of best practice communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to developing and implementing a consistent communications narrative for freight for use across the whole of the Transport cluster.
About You
- Ability to develop and implement engagement plans
- Excellent written communication skills
- Must have intermediate Microsoft Suite skills
- Highly desirable: Adobe / InDesign skills
