About the Role
  
This role would manage the off and onboarding of media agency providers to reduce transition risks, achieve ongoing high standards of service, and ensure business continuity in the delivery of government advertising campaigns and overall business outcomes.
  
Key accountabilities include:
  
  • Drive the project management for the transition of media agency suppliers to maintain high service standards and ensure continuous delivery for advertising campaigns to achieve organisational and government priorities
  • Ensure high standard project management and operational processes are in palce to enable an effective transition process for government campaign acticity
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders throughout the transition process for government media agency services to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and address the evolving needs of government agencies
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Develop effective partnerships with the contracted media agencies to facilitate favourable outcomes in line with contractual agreements
  • Analyse and monitor project progress to recommend improvements and provide accurate reporting to Senior Executives
  • Proactively identify and escalate business risks and opportunities throughout the transition process
  • Assist with the establishment of campaign planning and buying practices
  
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in media, communications, public relations, marketing or relevant/demonstrated equivalent experience in a similar position
  • Experience managing a complex range of stakeholders and dealing with industry partners
  • Ability to meet deadlines and have excellent time management skills balancing multiple projects and negotiating priorities
  • Experience delivery outcomes in an environment of heavy reliance on input and approval from multiple stakeholders
