This is an exciting opportunity to work within a NSW Department Agency that is striving to develop the lives of the people of NSW.

About the Role

We are currently seeking 3 Recruitment Leads to join a NSW Government Agency on an urgent 6 month staffing project. We are seeking Senior Recruitment consultants/leads that have previously managed a small team of advisors in the end to end staffing process.

• Managing complex staffing issues and implement staffing procedures and policies
• Communicate specialist advise to hiring managers and directors across business units as well as stakeholders
• Assist in developing training material for departments including recruitment activities
• Implement new recruitment initiatives and policies within the business unit
• Prepare reports, briefing notes and ministerial correspondence

About You

• Senior level recruitment experience or relevant HR workforce planning experience
• Experience in managing, developing and leading a team of multi-levelled recruitment advisors
• Experience in creating reports and notes regarding recruitment progress and policies
• Sound understanding of the NSW Government recruitment process
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
