About the Role
The Recruitment advisor will be responsible for providing specialist support and customer service to facilitate service delivery. We are seeking Senior Recruitment consultants that have specific recruitment expertise and can provide consultancy based advise to a targeted group of clients with acute staffing challenges. Key responsibilities include:
Managing complex staffing issues and implement staffing procedures and policies
Effective management of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Communicate specialist advise to hiring managers and directors across business units as well as stakeholders
Assist senior and lead advisors in developing training material for departments including recruitment activities
Effectively resolve internal and external customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
Administer position advertisements, assessments, and selection panels.
About You
Senior level recruitment consultancy experience.
Government experience is desirable but not necessary.
Knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle
In depth knowledge of internal business functions and needs
Experience within a team of multi-levelled recruitment advisors
Excellent stakeholder management skills
