About the Role
We are currently seeking a Program Support Officer for a 2 month contract working from home.
The role provides high level program management support to team members and senior management.
This includes supporting the development, monitoring and reporting for the delivery of programs.
- Provide professional high level of administrative and executive support to program managers and teams
- Coordinate the development, monitoring and reporting of program management systems
- Manage internal and external enquiries, such as ministerial correspondence or policy
- Organise meetings and conferences for the project team as well as executive stakeholders
- Provide human resource and financial management support, including: reconciliation of accounts, personnel timesheets, procurement of goods and administration of budgets
- Maintain a high level of service to stakeholders by maintaining effective relationships
About You
- Good customer service and phone manner
- Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
- Power BI and SAP Equip experience is highly desirable
- Prior experience in providing high level clerical and administrative services.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
