About the Company
Our client is looking for a Program Coordinator to provide support to the team for reporting, project administration, financial management and operational activities. The role would be predominantly Portfolio/Program support with aspects of Financial Assistance and other responsibilities.
About the Role
Preparation of portfolio and program governance reporting
Managing forward agenda and recording of meeting minutes for key governance meetings
Assist with preparation of business case submissions
Preparation and ongoing maintenance of program resource plans and budget forecasts
Assist with preparing program forecast updates to the Finance Team
Assist with program budget preparation, tracking and monthly forecasting
Monitoring of spend against purchase orders
Initiate on-boarding and induction processes for new starters
Preparation and administration of HR and security access forms
Organise workshops and meetings as requested and provide support to the management team
About You
5+ years in a project and program supporting environment
Budget, planning and coordination experience
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Proven senior stakeholder management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and initiate process improvements
Ability to deliver within timelines, manage workload and follow up on priorities
High integrity and business ethics demonstrated
