About the Role

 

The Program Coordinator will provide support to the team for reporting, project administration, financial management and operational activities. The role would be predominantly Portfolio/Program support with aspects of Financial Assistance and other responsibilities.

 

Key accountabilities include:

 

  • Preparation of portfolio and program governance reporting
  • Managing forward agenda and recording of meeting minutes for key governance meetings
  • Assist with preparation of business case submissions
  • Preparation and ongoing maintenance of program resource plans and budget forecasts
  • Assist with preparing program forecast updates to the Finance Team
  • Assist with program budget preparation, tracking and monthly forecasting
  • Monitoring of spend against purchase orders
  • Initiate on-boarding and induction processes for new starters
  • Preparation and administration of HR and security access forms
  • Organise workshops and meetings as requested and provide support to the management team

 

About You

  • 5+ years in a project and program supporting environment
  • Budget, planning and coordination experience
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Proven senior stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and initiate process improvements
  • Ability to deliver within timelines, manage workload and follow up on priorities
  • High integrity and business ethics demonstrated
