About the Role

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing high level support to the founder of the business.  This support may vary from diary management, Inbox organization and organizing travel/events. Such is an opportunity to grow with the organization as further their business interests across NSW and Australia. Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and determining urgency of the critical issues for management’s attention and support
  • Organize meetings and conferences including booking venues, sending invitations, and preparing agendas and meeting documentation
  • Ensuring preparedness for all engagements, meetings, and necessary deadlines
  • Maintain diaries including monitoring and managing the urgency and appropriate diversion of incoming correspondence.
  • Assist in any office management task including facilitating supplies and systems.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-tempo environment and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Create and maintain files and documents in accordance with records management procedures
  • Support any office administration tasks that are assigned to you 
  • Event coordination for private or professional dinners and parties, personal shopping and Supporting life and family errands as required
  • Ad Hoc duties as required
  
About You
  • 5+ Years’ experience in a PA, EA or similar role.
  • Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing high level personal and administrative support.
  • Demonstrated high level computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other supporting systems.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and calendar management.
  • Effective communication ability
  • Professional and personable approach and ability to build strong and friendly working relationships
  • Time management ability especially whilst dealing with competing demands.
  • Resilient and hardworking attitude
  • Demonstrated experience with asset or financial management is highly desirable.
