Ashdown People is a specialised Recruitment agency based in the heart of Sydney CBD. We are currently looking for Personal Assistant to support the General Manager. 
 
About the role 
  • Support the General Manager with any administrative duties including diary management, booking meetings, preparing documents etc. 
  • Organise an office move. 
  • Onboarding of new starters including contracts and system access.
  • Organise company events and travel bookings. 
  • Conduct marketing activities including canva ads and LinkedIn. 
About You
  • Previous PA experience 
  • Able to make decisions 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident and motivated
