Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant/Project Support Officer to provide quality executive and administrative support to the Head of Customer and Stakeholder Relations. This is a 3 - 12 month contact located in Bankstown/Parramatta paying $38 - $55 per hour + super.
About the Role
- Diary management
- Correspondence and administrative support to optimize the effectiveness of the manager's schedule and achievement of business objectives
- Maintaining records including the Complaints Records Management System and SharePoint
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure enquiries are responded to appropriately
- Supporting the team with the coordination of stakeholder engagement
- Preparing of Agenda and meeting minutes
- Tracking operational tasks and actions for the team including maintenance of an action tracker for the HoCSR to ensure all requests are responded to in a timely manner
- Working with the Line Managers to develop and review meaningful performance management and development plans.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal ability
- Gov experience preferable
