We are currently hiring for a Marketing Campaign Specialist within an exciting NSW Government agency. This NSW Government agency is passionate about making NSW a better place to live, work and visit.
About the Role
This role is responsible for coordinating the planning and implementation of strategic marketing programs for this department.
Key accountabilities include:
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of marketing programs
- Maximise co-operative marketing opportunities through the implementation of partnership programs and ensure these programs deliver a strong return on investment
- Deliver cooperative campaigns in consultation with partners including the coordination and implementation across multiple media channels and reporting with partner sales and media performance data
- Develop partnership marketing agreements and ensure they are developed to a high standard to achieve expenditure targets
- Develop campaign creative that reflects key messaging and brand positioning
- Contribute to the preparation of detailed reporting on partnership marketing programs to evaluate performance again objectives and expenditure
- Brief and activate owned channels in consultation with internal teams to support campaigns and programs
- Maintain campaign budget tracking ensuring detailed expenditure reports
- Collect information and prepare briefings, papers and correspondence for management ensuring reporting and briefings are accurate and are delivered within required timeframes
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the unit
About You
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, branding, communications or relevant/demonstrated equivalent experience in a similar position
- Experience managing a complex range of stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines and have excellent time management skills
- Strong levels of communication and interpersonal skills
