We are looking for someone to start this 6 month contract role offering up to $770 per day inc. super.

About the Role 

Create and develop content for soft skill and technical face to face and e-learning training programs and other learning and development interventions for internal audiences.

Key accountabilities:
  • Design and develop experiential learning activities including face to face training materials; participant resources and facilitator guides using PowerPoint, Quick Reference Guides and e-learning modules using articulate.
  • Work collaboratively with SMEs (i.e. frontline staff and people leaders) in the preparation of content to ensure a consistent approach is applied.
  • Procure, write and edit technical content for systems training to support end user training on system uplifts
  • Interacting with all stakeholders and when considering any aspect of the training program.
  • Design and publish all resources and material (including online and paper based) and ensure they provide appropriate support to the business.
Decision making
  • Makes decisions within the level of financial and administrative delegation assigned to the role and within corporate / government / legislative protocols.
  • Makes independent day to day decisions with limited supervision within agreed parameters exercising initiative, judgement and sensitivity in order to effectively coordinate activities, make recommendations and handle situations with minimal direction.
  • Plans and organises work priorities and workload management and makes recommendations without the benefit of direction.
  • Negotiates work with other teams and monitors progress.
About You
  • Highly developed instructional design skills combined with eye for detail and an understanding of adult learning principles.
  • An ability to work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines.
  • A broad range of experience and education in instructional design and content development.
  • Experience with Articulate.
  • Experience in technical content development and document creation.
