This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government.  Our client is looking for a ICT Support Administration Officer to facilitate the delivery of efficient, quality services.
  
About the Role
   
  • Provide general administrative services to support a large, mobile workforce based across geographically dispersed locations
  • Design, implement and maintain effective administrative processes
  • Track correspondence, activities and issues; coordinate, collate and publish routine information as directed by the role supervisor
  • Arrange meetings, travel and accommodation; assist with the management of fleet vehicles and the coordination of staff training
  • Establish and maintain filing and records management systems, including registers and databases; create and maintain records in the TRIM computerised record management system
  • Prepare and follow-up purchase orders; assist with routine financial transactions as required
  • Delivering excellent levels of services for a large customer base at sites spread across NSW using a diverse range of technologies
  • Provide standardised services to and on behalf of a large, mobile and geographically dispersed team
  
  
   
About You
   
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a high volume environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exercise sound judgement to ensure that competing work priorities are met within agreed and often demanding time frames
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
