About the Role
We are looking for a level 2, Customer Support Officer to join their fast-paced program team. The team is in the process of developing a digital workflow platform that provides a transparent service that offers real time data across 128 local government areas in NSW.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Trouble shoot user/system issues
- Contribute to development of reference materials e.g. knowledge base / FAQs
- Escalate issues to level 3 as required
- Above all else, these positions require excellent communication and time management skills.
- Writing and managing documentation of all processes, procedures and systems.
- Correct and timely escalation of issues which cannot be resolved at the first point of correct.
About You
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams/Skype
- Previous government / council experience
- Great communicator, collaborative, analytical, process oriented, team player
- Strong experience providing system and business support to a wide range of users
- Customer Service Officer in a Government of Council environment
- Experience as a systems and business process trainer
- Qualified planner
