This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a HR and Recruitment Support Officer to provide program and project management support services with a focus on HR, recruitment and workforce management.
About the Role
- Heavily involved in the contingent recruitment process.
- End to end recruitment activities such as raising requisitions, managing CV's, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding.
- Manage recruitment processes via the Vendor Management System
- Conducting comparative and suitability assessments as panel member
- Selection panel report writing
- Scheduling candidates for interview timeslots, organising and administering work sample assessment tasks, conducting reference checks
- General support for program and project management initiatives
- General administration including filing confidential documents, use of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
About You
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment
- Previous customer service experience within complex organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Office - basic Excel, intermediate Word (formatting, reformatting, converting to other file types), basic Powerpoint
- Report writing desirable
- Ability to interpret online psychometric assessments results desirable
- Experience with Taleo and/or Page Up desirable
