This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government.  Our client is looking for a Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to two senior executives of the Division
  
About the Role
  

  • Prepare, edit and format confidential briefing notes, ministerial correspondence, other memoranda, working papers, routine correspondence, stakeholder correspondence, inter-departmental correspondence, reports and invoicing

  • Manage diary appointments and daily schedules on behalf of senior executive management Identify, prioritise and determine urgency of critical or sensitive issues for senior executive attention

  • Maintain monitoring and tracking systems and processes to manage a large volume of internal and external information request and correspondence flow

  • Organise meeting and conference arrangements and prepare timely agendas and meeting documentation

  • Establish and maintain appropriate administrative document and information control systems

  • Monitoring and being involved in a high volume of collaboration between department branches to organize and liaise executive calendar availability and conflicting appointments

  • First contact for the branch, answering a high volume of questions and enquiries

  • Manage executives Outlook Inbox, for incoming and outgoing correspondence that may be relevant, and require a response

  
About You

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience within a large complex organisation in a similar role essential

  • Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office, data management systems and self-service systems. e.g CM9 and Inreach
