We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Ashdown and help carry on creating a culture of respect, empathy and fun as well as highly successful.
We do not want to drop the ball on how we work with our clients, candidates as well as our contractors and permanent placements. We see this position as crucial to drive the positive relationships forward.
This role will have a number of responsibilities including:
- Contractor care management
- Client care management
- Management of onboarding and offboarding process
- Continuous improvements in process
- Introduction of new schemes including NPI scores, contractor care training schemes as well as others.
- To grow Ashdown's brand form the success program utilizing other media
- Experience in a recruitment arena, experience working with recruitment agencies in a sales or customer success role, or experience working in a marketing software in sales or customer success, or a combination of the trio
- Loves to work on culture and build it. Somebody who works with the core values of Accountability, Activity and Attitude.
- Need to be meticulous and organized. Have that go getting energy.
- Somebody who listens and works out what a person really wants.
- Worked in a customer success or account management role in a recruitment technology company.
