About the Role
- Respond to enquiries from customers on a wide range of matters and provide timely, accurate, and consistent advice via email/telephone
- Update and maintain records on databases
- Provide a range of administrative and support services
- Application processing
- Educate client/customers on the rights and responsibilities of parties, requirements and services to raise community awareness and ensure compliance with legislation and/or processes
- Deliver multiple customer service activities and services in line with agreed standards, timeframes and milestones
About You
- Customer service/Admin preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in TRIM, SAP & Salesforce would be beneficial
