About the Role
  
  
  • Respond to enquiries from customers on a wide range of matters and provide timely, accurate, and consistent advice via email/telephone
  • Update and maintain records on databases
  • Provide a range of administrative and support services
  • Application processing
  • Educate client/customers on the rights and responsibilities of parties, requirements and services to raise community awareness and ensure compliance with legislation and/or processes
  • Deliver multiple customer service activities and services in line with agreed standards, timeframes and milestones
  
  
  
About You
  
  • Customer service/Admin preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in TRIM, SAP & Salesforce would be beneficial
