Our client is looking for a Customer Service / Administration Officer to to help people experiencing financial crisis. This role is located in Parramatta and is a great opportunity for someone who would like to help the community and be part of a government agency!
About the Role
- Assess customers for eligibility for vouchers
- Work with energy retailers to assist customers
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers through effective and timely communication
- Issue vouchers and reports
- Assess energy rebate customer applications
- Provide contact centre services for the energy rebates, including email and phone support
- High quality customer service experience
- Contact centre experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
