We are looking for a Customer Service superstar to join a fun and bubbly team for one of our Government Clients located in Strathfield.
This role is fulltime in the office Monday - Friday where 3 days out of the 5 days you will be working till 6:30pm.
About the Role
- Answering customer enquires via phone and email
- Support to customers in an online environment
- Promoting Customer engagement with their learning program
- Improving customer retention and completion by increasing student motivation
- Early identification of customers at risk of non-progression and supporting them to engage
- Work with the Line Manager to develop and review meaningful performance management and development plans
About You
- Excellent customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Be able to navigate through multiple systems
