This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Officer who would like to be part of a 3 month journey with a large NSW government organisation in Orange that grows skills and provides job training pathways for the community.
About the Role
- Provide a high-quality customer-focused service to prospective / current students across multiple channels
- Taking inbound and making outbound phone calls in regard to student admissions and enquiries
- Assisting with a range of customer service and administrative tasks
- Enjoys working within a team as well as working independently
- Is able to deliver excellent customer service in a high volume and customer focussed work environment with competing deadlines and customer demands, especially to young people and their parents/carers
- Ability to work in a continuously changing environment
