About the Role
- Assisting with high volume of incoming calls
- Processing applications and orders
- Maintaining accurate
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate data entry and records management
- Coordinating return of devices and montiroing stock levels
- Support escalation processes
- Ad-hoc data updates and fixes
About You
- 1 - 2 years Customer Service Experience
- Strong Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
