We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join a NSW Government organisation located in Orange. This will be working in a team environment and paying $33 - 38.60 per hour + super on a 2 month contract with the potential to extend.
About the Role
- Assist in the delivery of high-quality program support and Customer Service
- Receiving, sorting and prioritizing incoming correspondence and applications
- Dealing with landholder phone enquiries with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate data entry and records management
- Any administrative tasks to support the operations of the organisation
- Contribute to the team, sharing information and knowledge to enhance the information services provided to customers
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
- Strong Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
