About the Company
This is a great opportunity to work in a committed Concierge team of five in the customer service sector for a NSW Government company. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for 3 month contract with a strong potential to extend and is paying $34 per hour + Super. This role is located in Sydney CBD.
About the Role
- Respond to a wide variety of business enquiries
- Support the team and/or coach others to complete tasks in response to enquiries
- Provide administrative services, including coordination of input from multiple stakeholders on some occasions
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project or enquiry status and implementation issues
About You
- Looking for positive and enthusiastic people with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in the government or private sector in a business advisery, business assistance or customer service role
