This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 6-month contract paying up to $1130/ Day + Super. This role is located in Macquarie Park
 
About the Role
We are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Change Manager with a leading NSW Government agency. The Senior Change Manager is accountable for delivering large scale end-to-end change and engagement programs that meet the needs and expectations for each project. In addition, this role will need to coach and develop resources within the Team, while constantly challenging the status quo to deliver sustainable change outcomes. Key accountabilities include:
  • Executing the change and engagement program to meet business vision and expectations
  • Working across multiple change initiatives tailoring the change program to deliver specific requirements for impacted stakeholder groups
  • Ensure sustainable change is embedded and integrated into the business
  • Responsible for building change capability within the Change & Integration Team, along with ensuring as part of each program there is a level of capability established within each impacted Team in order to ensure the change is sustained following the project
  • Lead, coach and develop the Change Lead and Change Analyst roles
 
 
About You
  • Proven experience managing multiple project resources is essential, with managing multiple resources across multiple projects desirable
  • Proven experience in large scale change projects across multiple divisions and geographies either in a capacity as a change management consultant or relevant experience with managing project teams
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering on large scale workplace change or transformation projects. Preference for experience in projects related to significant workplace transformations including Activity Based Working, office relocations and culture change.
