This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 11-month contract paying up to $1000/ Day + Super. This role is located in Parramatta
 
About the Role
We are currently seeking to appoint a Change Manager with a leading NSW Government agency. The primary purpose of the Change Manager is to take responsibility for the change approach for the business area, encompassing people, technology and business improvement initiatives and ways of working (matrix working, culture and leadership). Key accountabilities include:

  • Coordinate the development of current state analysis for the branch of the various change streams

  • Develop, coordinate and deliver innovative change solutions and strategies designed to build change readiness for staff and the business

  • Develop project schedules, resource plans, risk, and issue register for projects

  • Monitor and report on the progress relevant parties

  • Provide guidance and oversight to project leads to achieve project goal within required time/ budget

 
About You

  • 5+ years of experience of as a Change Manager

  • Demonstrated experience in implanting communication strategies at a senior level within an organisation utilising various channels, activities, and team

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and engage with Stakeholders

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the 5 ways of leadership behaviours
