About the role

Your days will be spent working alongside experienced recruiters and proactively networking to source quality candidates. 
  • Building and managing effective candidate talent pools
  • Support Senior Consultants on various roles and projects 
  • Prepare and manage advertising, including drafting ad copy, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy and monitoring response rates
  • Identifying, networking, screening and hiring the best possible candidates to match the needs of different job vacancies 
  • Aligning candidates' aspirations and interests with the right careers
  • Developing a deep understanding of the skills sets and industries you specialise in through networking with industry leaders
  • Advertising, screening, interviewing and reference checking candidates
  • Fulfilling client requirements with the highest level of customer service
  • Filter CV’s, conduct 1st stage interviews (phone or face to face). Create and submit consultant profiles to clients
  • Conduct reference checks and general administrative duties
  • Make verbal offers and undertake salary negotiation as applicable
  • Ensure all candidates have a consistent, positive and customer focused experience throughout the recruitment process

About You

The successful applicant will have an eagerness to learn how to manage and grow our existing candidate pools and place suitably matched candidates on assignments. We are looking for a self-motivated, outgoing individual who is interested in embracing new challenges and genuinely wants to help people.

  • Previous resourcing experience within the recruitment industry would be preferred but not essential

  • Experience in outbound customer service/sales or a similar role would be preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to quickly build positive/ trusting rapports
  • Excellent time management and organisation, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy, able to learn new database management systems
