This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strive to deliver. They are currently looking for Call Centre Operators to join the team located in Parramatta.

About the Role

• Provide timely, accurate and high quality customer service over the phone.
• Identify the purpose of the customer call and assist with queries appropriately.
• Setting up and amending policies, assisting with payment arrangements.
• Deal effectively with enquiries and complaints from customers.
• Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of information resources.

About You

• Bright and Cheerful 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer skills 
• Experience working in office environment 
• Experience working within a high volume call centre environment
