Our client is a large NSW Organisation that is looking for Customer Service Officer to join their team in Newcastle on a 4 month contract
About the Role
- Answer incoming calls and email enquiries
- Maintain a professional matter and ensure that customers are provided with the correct information
- Provide a range of administration and support services
- Update and maintain records.
- 2 - 3 years customer service experience (call centre, retail etc)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous gov experience is preferred but not required
