About the role

Looking for a Project Manager to lead in Engagement and Governance. The role is responsible for managing the development of two major business cases to support the delivery of the Future Technology Roadmap. It is a 6 month contract, paying $1100 per day + super located in Macquarie Park.  
 
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the teams developing the two business cases and ensuring that key outputs (e.g. strategic business case, final business case) are delivered on time and key funding gates are met 
  • Driving the developing of the business case content (e.g. program scope, objectives, approach, timescales, costs, resource requirements, governance etc.) 
  • Working with key stakeholders in CST and the Corporate Services division to facilitate the progression of the business cases through their funding stage gates
  • Managing risks and issues for the business case project and reporting on progress to the S&E leadership team
  • Ensuring key stakeholders are properly engaged and are kept up to date on business case development

About you

  • 7+ years as a Project Manager with experience in developing business cases for large technology projects
  • NSW Government environment experience will be advantageous
  • Ability to plan, scope and estimate technology programs based on the delivery of large technology projects
  • A good communicator, organised and able to bring teams together to meet tight deadlines
