This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible for a 6-month contract paying up to $1250 per day including super. This role is located in Sydney CBD/ WFH 
 
 
About the Role
 
The role will act as the senior representative embedded into the joint Program Team with a joint venture to deliver the infrastructure and construction projects. Working alongside the Project Development Team  the Associate Director will be Responsible for providing  property development advise and expertise and ensuring the project is delivered in accordance to the Program Development Agreement. Key accountabilities include:
 
  • Ensure compliance with Program Development Agreement  
  • Provide leadership for the personnel working on the program and establish an environment where personnel understand the development plan for the program. 
  • Collaborate with  the accompanying third party to coordinate strategies for land development, Program Completion and to optimise revenue  
  • Provide strategic advice for preparation of a diverse range of program outcomes  and projects 
About You
 
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction, planning, development and/or related industries 
  • 5+ years as a Program Manager/ Lead/ Director
  • Demonstrated experience with Program Delivery 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups including Senior Executives
  • Proven experience preparing a range of project related documents as instructed, including status updates, reports, budgets and discussion papers
