About the Company
Our Client is looking for an Assessment Team Lead to deliver high quality customer service and administration to those experiencing financial crisis. This is a 4 month contract paying $55 per hour + super in Parramatta with WFH flexibility.
About the Role
Lead a Assessment Team to manage the processing of energy social programs to provide outstanding customer advice and services to eligible energy consumers and implement administration processes.
Ensure that the Assessment Team provides outstanding experience to all applicants and stakeholders, and maintains a customer-centricity attitude.
Monitor, review and project budgetary allocations for energy social programs to track expenditure of program funding.
Manage customer service and program delivery systems and databases, including collaborating with IT partners, data and business analysts
Collaborate with customer service delivery partners to build strong working relationships, implement Service Level Agreements and provide coordinated customer advisory and support offerings.
Assist the Manager in developing KPIs for the Assessment Team, mentor and guide the team to achieve these KPIs.
Provide the Manager with operational insights into the delivery of energy social programs.
Available Monday through to Friday from 9am to 5pm
Previous senior experience within a high-volume call centre environment
Ability to have a caring and sensitive approach to customer needs
