About the role
- Liaise with key stakeholders
- Validation of new contracts sold, ensuring pricing and inclusions are in line with company policies and service offerings.
- Ensure all data is up to date and accurate
- Create and manage contracts
- Processing of contract invoicing
- Respond to enquiries in a timely manner with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and strengthening customer relationships
- Calculation and processing of contract related credits in a timely manner
- Complete all commitments offered to customers in a timely manner
- Minimum 1 year office administration or customer service experience
- Good computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail and able to multitask.
