About the company 

This is a great opportunity to work as an Administration Support for a manufacturing company based in Thomastown that has a fun, dynamic team environment. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and is paying $50,000 + super. 

About the role 
  • Liaise with key stakeholders 
  • Validation of new contracts sold, ensuring pricing and inclusions are in line with company policies and service offerings.
  • Ensure all data is up to date and accurate
  • Create and manage contracts 
  • Processing of contract invoicing
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely manner with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and strengthening customer relationships
  • Calculation and processing of contract related credits in a timely manner
  • Complete all commitments offered to customers in a timely manner
About you
  • Minimum 1 year office administration or customer service experience 
  • Good computer skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • High attention to detail and able to multitask.
