About the Role
We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join the Corporate Services branch of this new and innovative NSW Government Agency. We are looking for someone who can commit to a 12 month contract based in the Sydney CBD with hybrid working arrangements. This role will be working closely with the teams Executive Officer and assisting with the day to day executive and administration responsibilities.
- Assist the EO with travel arrangements and bookings for offsites, events and conferences
- Assist the EO in word processing formatting, collating and preparing documentation for submissions to key internal and external stakeholders
- Prompt and effective administration support to the Office of the CEO as required i.e filing, photocopying, printing and archiving.
- Assisting the EO as required in preparing briefing papers and pre-reading documents for internal and external stakeholders
About You
- Demonstrated experience in a Business Support / Executive Assistant role
- Ability to manage diaries and arrangements of stakeholders with conflicting priorities
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a small and structured team
- Strong records management experience (TRIM or Objective)
- Stakeholder engagement, marketing and/or event co-ordination experience a bonus
