Due to an exciting growth phase, we are looking for a driven & client-focused Account Manager for our Sydney office.

About the Role
This newly created role is based in the Sydney office, reporting through to the General Manager. This role will ideally suit someone who enjoys working with candidates and clients, demonstrates a consultative approach and is passionate about assisting others in achieving their dream jobs. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Consulting with clients and providing candidates with expert career advice, industry knowledge and tailored solutions to suit their needs
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of the local market, industry, recruitment and jobs
  • Providing candidates with career advice, support and strategic guidance around their job search
  • Managing key client relationships with you existing accounts and ensuring repeat business 
  • Identifying opportunity for new business in existing accounts
  • Working with candidates to understand their situation providing a recommendation of key services and support needed

About You
  • Track record demonstrating success in developing new and existing business in a highly competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Independent self-starter with high level initiative to develop new business and drive growth
  • Ability to meet commitments and handle competing demands and pressures
  • Strong understanding of B2B and working collaboratively cross function to achieve success
  • Hold a driven attitude, enjoy hitting targets and hold a passion to succeed.
  • Strong recruitment experience would be very beneficial.
