Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end testing function for a large-scale Salesforce CRM implementation.
- Develop and implement the overall test strategy across multiple project streams.
- Produce and manage the master test delivery plan, including all testing phases and schedules.
- Assess and recommend appropriate test automation approaches where suitable.
- Prepare quality assessments, test reports, dashboards, and go/no-go recommendations based on testing progress and defect status.
- Ensure all test cases have clearly defined and agreed acceptance criteria.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of Test Analysts throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Ensure all test execution results are accurately recorded and reported.
- Manage testing environments and ensure test data is prepared and available for all testing activities.
- Monitor testing progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and third-party vendors to coordinate testing activities.
- Ensure testing activities remain aligned with the overall project and program delivery plans.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate testing-related risks that may impact project delivery.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Test Manager delivering complex enterprise programs.
- Proven experience leading testing for Salesforce CRM implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Experience developing enterprise-wide test strategies and delivery plans.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring testing teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
- Experience coordinating testing across multiple vendors and integrated project teams.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools is highly regarded.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and reporting skills.
- Experience delivering large digital transformation or enterprise technology programs within higher education, government, or similarly complex organisations is highly desirable.
