Working in a highly skilled team of IT and Business professionals, this role will focus on developing policies, guidelines and strategies related to the management of this organisation's workforce. You will be required to identify, analyse and monitor the current and future workforce needs of an organisation and develop strategies to close the gap between the current-state to future-state, for this Government organisation. This is a highly exciting role to work with some of the best in the business in an innovative and collaborative environment. This initial contract will be for 9-months with a further 12-month extension (21 months in total) and can be performed working remotely from home 2x days per week, with 3x days per week required in the client’s Canberra CBD based offices.
Pls note - Being on site in Canberra 5x days per week is required for the first 3-months.
Essential Skills required
- 7 + years’ Workforce Management experience in total
- 5+ Years of Workforce Management analysis experience in total (Current-state to future-state)
- 3+ years Workforce Management experience in ICT projects
- Proven experience of the following: Power BI, Data Analysis, Resource offboarding and resource planning, Workforce planning and toolkits & templates, Resourcing Viewer Reports, and Work plans / schedules
- Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement skills
- Baseline Security Clearance Required - Mandatory
Desirable Skills
- Previous Government, Banking or Telco experience
- Certified in Workforce Management
