About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Records Officer to join a dynamic team focused on ensuring excellent records management practices across the organisation. In this role, you will manage stakeholder records queries, support electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS), and promote a culture of compliance and best-practice records management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage records-related stakeholder tickets and queries, supporting CM10 (EDRMS) operations and administration.
- Provide advice and guidance on electronic and physical records governance and processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify records requirements and promote a compliant and efficient records management culture.
- Deliver training and awareness programs to support organisational records management activities.
- Conduct regular physical and digital checks to ensure records compliance.
- Supporting a diverse and geographically spread workforce while promoting best-practice records management.
- Contributing to a strong organisational culture around information and records management that aligns with compliance obligations.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in records or information management.
- Relevant qualifications in records or information management are highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with EDRMS systems and managing both digital and physical records.
