Purpose:
Provide project and administrative support to enterprise-wide transformation programs, helping manage processes, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project documentation and reporting.
- Support day-to-day project tasks and planning.
- Monitor project progress against KPIs.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, track action items, and follow up on decisions.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to briefing notes and project updates.
- Project support experience (mandatory)
- Government experience desirable; Transport experience highly desirable
- Data management, reporting, and analysis skills highly desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and interact with strong personalities
- Deliver high-quality project support under tight deadlines and limited resources.
