About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Digital Enterprise Applications Manager
to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise systems and digital solutions within our client's technology landscape.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex ICT projects, from the development of business cases and market research through to procurement, implementation, business acceptance, and transition to operations. You will ensure the effective delivery of digital initiatives that support our client's strategic goals and provide value to the organisation and community.
Working closely with key stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors, you will champion best practice project management methodologies and contribute to the design and delivery of integrated, fit-for-purpose enterprise applications
across the organisation.
About You
You are a highly motivated and results-driven technology leader with extensive experience managing large-scale ICT projects in complex environments. You demonstrate initiative, persistence, and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 15 years of demonstrated experience in technology project delivery, including at least 5 years as a Senior Project Manager overseeing enterprise application or software implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience delivering enterprise systems such as TechnologyOne CiAnywhere, Ariba/Portt, CAMMS, TRIM, SharePoint, Kofax/EzyScan, Pathway, or other government planning tools.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery from initiation to handover, including governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation and manage vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Certification in PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile project management.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, Vendor, and Finance management applications.
- Experience working within local or state government governance and probity frameworks.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Visio, and SharePoint.
