Fantastic 6 month contract based in Sydney CBD to work with one of Ashdown's Public Sector clients.
The Senior Manager People & Culture Business Partnering drives and leads people initiatives and ensures the management of human resources across the allocated directorate is effectively linked to deliver strategic and business plans and organisational objectives.
You will be involved heavily in the following:
- Strategic HR planning and alignment
- Leadership & capability development
- Employee and industrial relations
- HR policy, systems & process management
- Remuneration, job evaluation & business operations
- Stakeholder engagement and influence
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or a related discipline or extensive, relevant equivalent professional experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Proven experience in a senior HR business partnering role, ideally at a strategic or executive level.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to lead and influence teams and stakeholders to achieve organisational outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across all levels of an organisation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Experience working within a government or public sector environment is highly desirable, particularly due to the need to navigate industrial relations frameworks, policy, and compliance considerations unique to the sector.
