About the Role
As the Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving enterprise application platforms, ensuring they remain current, efficient, and high-performing. You will lead development activities, deliver system enhancements, and ensure solutions meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Manage and maintain the City’s application platforms to ensure they are current, efficient and effective.
- Develop system changes that meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain knowledge of current and future technology.
- Ensure quality of support and development.
- 10+ years of hands-on .NET development experience (full stack).
- Advanced expertise in enterprise application development within large corporate environments.
- Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular or Vue)
- Proven ability to build and maintain enterprise web applications.
- Experience managing development and production environments.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Exposure to complex, enterprise-scale IT environments.
- Solid technical project management capability.
- Strong experience with MS SQL, including SSRS/SSIS.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and written communication skills.
