This role is ideal for candidates with facilities management experience in retail or high-traffic public settings, such as shopping centres, commercial buildings, or government service sites. • Service Provider Coordination: Manage external contractors across multiple sites to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Project Management: Deliver essential capital and maintenance works to maximise annual funding.
  • Compliance & Safety: Conduct safety audits, review SWMS, risk assessments, and inductions to ensure contractor compliance.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide expert guidance on space management, sustainability, risk, and compliance.
  • Procurement & Risk Analysis: Ensure compliance, value for money, and risk mitigation in decision-making.
  • Contract Management: Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure quality and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
About You:
  • Over 5 years’ experience in facilities management, ideally in retail or public-facing environments such as shopping centres.
  • Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes under tight timeframes and competing priorities.
