We are seeking an experienced SAP AR & Banking Analyst to support finance and banking integration across S4HANA Finance. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and banks to ensure smooth migration, configuration, and testing of Accounts Receivable and banking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP AR and banking integrations, including outgoing (vendor) and incoming (customer) payments (EFT, BPAY, OSKO, etc.).
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business, finance, and system requirements.
- Lead data migration from legacy systems to S4HANA Finance, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation of AR and bank items.
- Manage bank integrations, including API/file-based connectivity and bank reconciliation processes.
- Support testing (pre-UAT, UAT) and post-go-live activities, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Document migration processes, mappings, reconciliations, and testing results.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing post-go-live support.
- Hands-on experience in SAP FI / SD focusing on Accounts Receivable and banking integration.
- Experience with Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), auto-clearing, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of data migration, S4HANA Finance, and financial process alignment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with financial operations, testing, and banking system connectivity.
