We are seeking an experienced SAP AR & Banking Analyst with strong SAP SD/AR expertise, advanced Excel capability, and hands-on experience in financial reconciliation and data migration for SAP S/4HANA. This role supports end-to-end data readiness, validation, testing, and cutover across key Finance, AR, and Banking functions.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- SAP financial reconciliation, including bank reconciliation
- Advanced Excel(pivot tables, lookups, data transformation, validation)
- Blackline experience is desirable
- Experience in Banking highly desirable
- Partner with finance, IT, and project stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Document data migration requirements aligned with SAP architecture
- Analyse source system data structures to ensure compatibility with S/4HANA Finance & Receivables
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and support Blackline reconciliation activities
- Work with BPO teams to complete data gathering worksheets and load data into Sandbox for testing
- Create and validate data mapping templates for accurate data transformation
- Cleanse, map, and migrate master data, transactional data, AR open items and bank open items
- Troubleshoot S/4HANA Finance integration issues and ensure alignment with SAP best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to obtain sign-offs
- Provide backup support for the Primary Banking resource when required
- Perform data reconciliation to verify migrated vs source data
- Review and update test scripts as needed
- Conduct pre-UAT activities and support banking integration testing
- Assist end users during UAT with defect triage and retesting
- Engage finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to define migration processes
- Provide regular project updates and escalate risks or issues as required
- Document all migration steps, mapping logic, and reconciliation outcomes
- Participate in dress rehearsals and cutover execution
- Deliver post-go-live support to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in S/4HANA
